Commercial PAT Testing makes up the largest portion of the testing we carry out. We send our staff out to commercial sites on daily basis and as a result we are very good at it. We do understand that we are going into working offices and as such we need to minimise the amount of disruption caused to the working environment of our clients staff. We use the latest testers to make sure downtime on each individual computer setup is as low as it can possibly be.
Our staff are trained in customer service, using a friendly and professional approach as they work their way through the site. On certain occasions they will ask a client’s staff member to shut down an appliance, it might not be possible at that time and it will be agreed with the staff member that the tester will come back another time to continue the testing on that next visit.
